Rogation Saturday
Saturday, May 18 at 9:00 am
Rogation (from the from the Latin verb rogare, meaning "to ask") provides us with the opportunity to praise the Creator God, give thanks for our food and those who produce it; to pray a blessing on the communities in which we live and share together. We want our buiding and grounds looking its very best!
Join us on Saturday, May 18 and help us spruce up St. Benedict. There will be both indoor and outdoor tasks to be completed, and with everyone's help, the workload is manageable and, believe it or not, fun!
Pentecost
Sunday, May 19 at 10:00 am
The day of Pentecost marks fifty days since Easter Day and brings the Easter season to an end. It is a major feast of the Church’s year when we recall how God’s Holy Spirit was given to the disciples after Jesus’ ascension.
At St. Benedict we also celebrate by wearing red (or orange or yellow) as we take part in our annual Multi-Cultural Potluck after the service.

Note: In May we meet on the 1st and 3rd Sundays
Every second and fourth Sunday, Sunday School will take place during the 10:00 service. All are welcome to learn more about Jesus, share some great Bible stories, and make some really fun crafts!
(Childcare is available.)
Weekly Bible Study
Wednesdays at 7:00 pm
In-person at St. Benedict and online

The Chosen
Sundays at 11:30 am
Join us after coffee hour on Syndays to watch and discuss an episode of The Chosen, the first-ever multi-season TV show about the life of Jesus.
Receive all guests as Christ, for he will say,
“I was a stranger and you welcomed me.”
(Rule of Benedict, 53:1; Matthew 25:35).
